PROCESS:
Step 1: Take the Entrance Assessment. Visit the Student Development Office to get your Entrance Assessment Form. Take the assessment on your scheduled date.
Step 2: Submit Requirements. Bring all required documents to the Registrar’s Office for checki:g.
Step 3. Pay the Enrollment Fees. Settle the required enrollment fees at the Cashier.
Step 4: Complete Your Enrollment. Return to the Registrar’s Office and personally encode your child’s personal information in the CDSI Enrollment Form.
Step 5: Wait for Confirmation. The Registrar’s Office will send your enrollment confirmation via email once all steps are completed and processed.
